GUEST INSTRUCTION
1. Join the venue's official guest Wi-Fi.
2. Open http://getmewifi.help/
3. The venue's sign-in page may appear next.
4. Enter room details, vouchers, email addresses, or payment information only on the venue's page.

IF THE SIGN-IN PAGE DOES NOT APPEAR
- Confirm the official network name.
- Open the rescue address once.
- Disconnect and rejoin the official network once.
- Pause a personal VPN only if needed, retry once, then turn it back on after login.
- Do not change employer- or school-managed settings without IT approval.

STAFF CHECKLIST
- Is the official guest network name unchanged?
- Does the portal respond on a separate test device?
- Are vouchers, room entitlements, time limits, and device limits valid?
- Is there a known portal or upstream outage?

SAFETY
Never ask guests to put credentials or personal information into the plain rescue page. Stop if a browser presents a certificate warning.
