Try this first
Take the shortest safe route.
- Confirm that you joined the venue's official Wi-Fi network.
- Tap Open Wi-Fi Login while you are still connected to that network.
- If the venue page appears, complete its terms or sign-in there, not on WiFi 4 Breakfast.
- Return to a secure website. If nothing loads, continue with the short checks below.
30-second check
Give the venue one clean chance to answer.
Stay on the venue Wi-Fi, open the rescue page once, and wait for the venue's page. Opening several tabs or repeatedly changing settings can leave multiple unfinished sessions.
If you previously closed the login window, you do not need to find that same window. A fresh plain web request can give the network another opportunity to show it.
- Confirm the network name with signage or staff.
- Use the rescue button once.
- Enter room details, vouchers, email addresses, or payment information only on the venue's page.
Closed it by mistake
The unfinished session may still be waiting.
Closing a portal window usually does not disconnect the Wi-Fi. Open the rescue page again. If the same incomplete page returns, disconnect and rejoin once before asking the venue to reset the session.
When the venue needs to act
Know when to stop troubleshooting.
Ask venue staff for help when the portal times out, loops, rejects valid venue details, or fails on more than one device. The operator may need to reset your session or repair the network.
Say this to staffI joined the official guest Wi-Fi, but the sign-in page does not appear after a fresh plain web request. Could you confirm the portal is online and reset my session if needed?
