Common problems
Wi-Fi login page not showing? Open it again
Your device can join the local Wi-Fi before the venue gives it internet access. The missing step is often the venue's sign-in page.
Hotel Wi-Fi login page not showing
The hotel Wi-Fi may be waiting for a room detail, voucher, payment, or terms page that your device did not display.
Connected to public Wi-Fi but no internet
Public Wi-Fi connected but no internet means joining the wireless network has not given you usable internet access. A missing sign-in, expired session, device setting or network outage can cause it. Open the login first, then compare two websites and another device.
VPN, Private Relay, or DNS blocking Wi-Fi login
A VPN, Private Relay, custom DNS, Private DNS, or proxy can sometimes prevent the local venue page from appearing.
Wi-Fi keeps asking you to sign in
The venue session may be expiring, failing to remember this device, or reaching a time, data, or device limit.
NeverSSL not working? What to try for public Wi-Fi
NeverSSL can give public Wi-Fi a plain web request to redirect, but it cannot make a broken or restricted network show a working login. The next step depends on whether its page loads, nothing loads, or the browser shows a warning.
